Jesus Sarduy joined Career Prep in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the Atlanta Public School District. In May 2025, he was officially appointed to the position of Head of School.

As Head of School, Mr. Sarduy is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and strategic vision of the institution. His role includes overseeing the curriculum, supporting and developing teaching staff, and fostering strong relationships within the school community. He also leads the day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality educational experience for all students.

Mr. Sarduy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science from Bethune-Cookman University.

He is the proud father of two daughters. His eldest is entering her junior year at the University of Florida, majoring in Dentistry, while his youngest will begin her freshman year at Florida State University in the summer of 2025.
