David Pinter is a veteran educator and administrator with nearly 40 years of experience in public education. Retired from Duval County Public Schools in Florida, he previously served as Director of Choice Recruitment where he oversaw district-wide efforts to connect students and families with specialized programs—including career academies, magnet schools, and workforce-preparation pathways.


Mr. Pinter holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and has received multiple commendations for service excellence throughout his career. His leadership played a critical role in shaping equitable access to high-quality educational options that align with real-world career opportunities.


As an advisor to Career Prep Academy Schools, Mr. Pinter offers deep insight into the evolving needs of students, educators, and the job market. Stuart J. Edelman is a respected attorney with over three decades of legal experience serving clients in business, real estate, and international law. As the founder of The Law Offices of Stuart J. Edelman, Mr. Edelman has extensive experience in U.S. and international business, corporate,, real estate, contracts and commercial transactions including global commercial and governmental projects.


Stuart earned his BBA, JD and LLM degrees from the University of Miami. He has served as general counsel for numerous organizations and is well-regarded for his strategic thinking, integrity, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical solutions.


As an advisor to Career Prep Academy Schools,  Mr. Edelman brings essential legal and business insight that supports the development of strong, compliant, and sustainable career readiness programs.
