Hybrid Learning Program

At Career Prep Academy, our Hybrid Learning Program (also known as blended learning) combines the best of in-person instruction with flexible online learning. This innovative model replaces approximately 40–50% of traditional classroom seat time with engaging, self-paced online coursework.

Students benefit from a balanced approach that includes hands-on, teacher-led instruction alongside independent, personalized learning experiences.

Program Overview

  1. Students participate in four grading periods throughout the academic year

  2. Grades are awarded each period based on academic performance and progress

  3. All hybrid students are provided with an individual laptop for school use

Key Features

  • Flexible Schedule

Students typically attend in-person classes twice per week, allowing for greater flexibility.

  • Online Learning

  • Hands-On Instruction

On-campus sessions focus on collaboration, discussions, labs, and applied learning—not just lectures.
